Tedrick leads HV Ballers Elite as Program Director, overseeing player development, coaching, and the overall vision of the program. He is dedicated to building not just better basketball players, but better young people — on the court and off it.

Shatia keeps HV Ballers Elite running behind the scenes, managing registration, scheduling, and day-to-day operations. She is often a family’s first point of contact and is committed to making every parent and player feel welcome.
